Motherhood changes everything—your body, your energy, your priorities, and the way you relate to movement.
The Athlete Mom Project Podcast is where we talk honestly about how to train, fuel, and live well through pregnancy, postpartum, and every season of motherhood that follows.
This podcast is for moms who love movement and adventure—but are tired of feeling exhausted, stuck, or disconnected from their bodies. Moms who are dealing with back pain, knee pain, pelvic pain, diastasis recti, or burnout and wondering if they’ll ever feel strong and confident again.
Moms who don’t want extreme fitness advice, restrictive nutrition, or another “just push through it” message.
Here, we take a different approach.

Each episode blends science, experience, and real-life application to help you:
-Train through pregnancy and postpartum without making pain worse
-Understand back pain, knee pain, pelvic pain, SI joint pain, and SPD instead of ignoring them
-Build strength, endurance, and confidence without burnout
-Fuel your body with food that supports energy, performance, and recovery
-Let go of all-or-nothing thinking around workouts and nutrition
-Reconnect with movement as something that supports your life—not controls it
-Learn, hear, and relate to other moms as they share their story
This isn’t about bouncing back. It’s about building a body that carries you through motherhood, adventure, and everything in between.

This podcast is for you if:
-You’re pregnant, postpartum, or navigating long-term changes after having kids
-You love strength training, running, hiking, or endurance sports—but your body feels different now
-You’re dealing with pain during workouts and don’t know who to trust
-You want sustainable fitness, not burnout or extremes
-You want to feel like an athlete again—without sacrificing your family or your health
-You want practical, science-backed information on how to fuel your body properly to live an active and fulfilling life

I created The Athlete Mom Project Podcast because I craved a deeper way to connect with other moms.
I am a business owner and mother who lives a very active life. When I am not helping other moms live their best life, I am living mine with my kiddo (soon to be second kiddo) and my family.
I show up on Instagram frequently to both connect to other women and educate. But Instagram can be exhausting, lack depth, and content dies within 24 hours.
I wanted a way to share real life stories, get nerdy, and join moms on their adventures in real time. I'm a long winded girl and if you stick around long enough, you will find a lot of science backed information that just may help you live a more fulfilling life too.
My goal is that when you listen to the Athlete Mom Project Podcast you don't have to choose between being a mom or an athlete - you get to be an ATHLETE MOM.
I hope that you find both my story and other mom's experience empowering and that you see what is possible for you in your own life. Movement is medicine here and with the right tools and structure in place I promise you will see that "this is not as good as it gets" - it gets to be better. Incredible.
This podcast is where I share what I’ve learned so you don’t have to figure it out alone. I am climbing this mountain with you.

My life changed when I stopped seeing movement as something I had to earn and started seeing it as medicine.
I haven’t always felt at home in my body. I’ve been every weight, played nearly every sport, chased performance and aesthetics, and still struggled with confidence and self-trust. What finally shifted things wasn’t doing more—it was learning how to work with my body. Training became functional, sustainable, and supportive of real life. It became fun again. Purposeful again. And it reminded me that our worth has nothing to do with our weight—confidence comes from capability.
I’ve always been generally prepared for life. To have the ability to hike, lift, run, and adventure for decades. But a lot of that stemmed from vanity. After becoming a mom, that perspective has shifted. I want to be the grandma shredding the mountain with my son and his kids someday—not because I’m chasing youth, but because my body is capable and cared for. That belief is the foundation of the Athlete Mom Project.
I’m here to help moms avoid burnout, move through pregnancy and postpartum with more confidence, and feel strong again without pushing through pain or exhaustion. You don’t have to choose between being a mom and being an athlete.
