I am so glad that you are here. I’m a nutrition and movement coach, Jiu Jitsu athlete, mountain mom, and the founder of The Athlete Mom Project. I help driven moms get stronger, fuel properly, and train through pregnancy, postpartum, injury, and pain — without putting their life on hold.
After three knee surgeries, chronic pain, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and years of navigating my own identity shifts, I realized something: women don’t need less movement. They need better frameworks. We need to understand load versus capacity, nervous system regulation, fueling, and long-term tissue adaptation — not just “rest and hope.”
The Athlete Mom Project is where I share the science, mindset, and real-life application behind sustainable strength. You’ll find practical education on pain, pelvic floor health, breathwork, tendon resilience, performance nutrition, and what it actually looks like to build capacity in motherhood.
