Where moms are athletes.

You don't have to choose between motherhood and your goals.

Confidence isn’t a weight on the scale. It’s a feeling in your body.

You love adventure, movement, and pushing your limits—but somewhere along the way, motherhood changed your body, your energy, and your mindset.

The athlete in you is still there, but now, workouts feel like a struggle instead of a source of strength. You’re exhausted, trying to balance it all, yet you wonder why your body isn’t responding the way it used to.

Maybe you've been under-eating, over-training, or stuck in a cycle of negative self-talk—telling yourself you should be able to do more, should look a certain way, should just push through.

Maybe you feel like you're doing everything "right"—logging miles, lifting weights, eating clean—but the results just aren’t coming. Instead of feeling stronger, you feel depleted. Instead of feeling confident, you feel frustrated.

And the worst part? You don’t even feel like yourself anymore.

The woman who used to crave adventure, thrive on challenge, and love pushing her body now second-guesses every step.

You want to feel strong, but deep down, you’re afraid—afraid you’re too far gone, afraid you’ll never get back to that version of yourself.

But let me tell you something: she’s still there.

  • Imagine looking in the mirror and finally seeing the athlete you are.

  • More training isn’t always the answer. Smarter training is.

  • This isn’t about bouncing back. It’s about moving forward.

  • What if eating more actually got you better results?

  • The way you speak to yourself in the mirror is the way your kids will speak to themselves someday.

Struggling to hit your protein goal?

Let me make it easier for you. I have another guide for you.

Most moms are not getting enough protein, and it’s holding them back from feeling their best. Protein isn’t just for athletes—it’s essential for building muscle, improving metabolism, and keeping you full longer.

Whether you’re juggling work, workouts, or wrangling kids, the right nutrition helps you stay strong and energized without relying on endless snacks or caffeine.

You can be the athlete of your dreams through motherhood.

You don’t need to shrink yourself to be strong. You don’t need to burn yourself out to prove you’re disciplined. And you definitely don’t need to go through this alone.

I see you. I am you. And I know there's a better way.

A way where you don’t have to grind yourself into the ground to see progress. A way where food fuels you instead of controls you. A way where you train smarter, not harder—so you can show up powerfully in the gym, on the trails, and in your life.

Because you don’t have to choose between being a mom and being an athlete. You were made for both.

And when you stop fighting your body and start working with it, that’s when everything changes. That’s when the scale stops defining you. That’s when workouts become empowering, not exhausting.

That’s when you stop questioning if you’re strong enough—because you know you are.

So what if, instead of waiting to feel ready, you just decided to start?

What if you let go of the guilt, the fear, and the all-or-nothing mindset and chose a path that actually worked

for you—not against you?

Because you’re not just a mom.

You’re an athlete. And it’s time to start training like one.

All The Tools You Need To Feel Strong and Confident in Your Body As You Blaze The Trails Carrying Your Kiddo.

You don’t have to figure this out alone.

If you’re ready to stop spinning your wheels, break free from the cycle of overtraining and under-fueling, and finally train in a way that makes you feel strong, capable, and unstoppable—this is your sign.

The Athlete Mom Project was built for moms like you—moms who refuse to settle, who want to perform at their best without sacrificing their energy, their joy, or their time with their family. It’s time to take your training, your mindset, and your confidence to the next level. Are you in?

I'm Chandler!

My life has changed for the better when I realized that movement is medicine. Leaning into movement has helped me find joy in my body (especially through early postpartum).

It is through movement, that I know everything will be okay. The way I train is super functional. It carries me through life. It became fun again. It gave me purpose. It didn't used to be that way though.

I have been every weight possible and participated in just about every sport there is. It didn't matter what I did, or what I weighed though, I struggled in my body. But let me tell you something, we are worth more than our weight.

We are meant for so much and movement can give us that! But it goes beyond movement too. The desire to be fully whole in our body full of love and purpose.

And I'm here to give you that. To help show you how you can avoid burnout through motherhood and find peace in your body again. To show you how you can fuel better, enjoy movement, and feel like an athlete again.

Showing up for yourself through movement, nutritious foods, and mindfulness, we are able to show up fully for those we love most. If you are sick of spinning your wheels and feel stick with the cards you’ve been dealt. I hear you. And I see you. I’ve been there.

This is the reality of students inside of the Athlete Mom Project and this can be you too!

No, this isn't just a dream and no, you are not stuck.

Movement Is Medicine
